Disposal of garbage is a huge problem being faced by urban India. one of its solution is to reduce the amount of waste produced. We should categorize our waste biodegradable and non-biodegradable. the biodegradable waste can be changed into compost, as they get decomposed and get changed into manure. this manure is used in field. Food left overs, vegetables and fruit peels, paper etc. are examples.
The non-biodegradable waste cannot be decomposed. Some of them can be recycled in factries. Recycle means to make new products from the old ones. Glass bottles, metallic cans and some plastic products can be recycled. Some non-biodegradable wastes like plastic containers, bags etc. Can be recycled in factories. Recycle means to make new products from the old ones. Glass bottles, metallic cans and some plastic products cans and some plastic products can be recycled. Some non-biodegradable wastes like plastic containers, bags etc. can be reused in our homes for storing things. Another way of reducing the waste is to avoid eating packed food. We should not use polybags, instead we should not use polybags, instead we should use bags made of cloth or jute for shopping.
So by 3R & i.e. Reuse, Recycle and Reduce we can make our environment clean.
